As a native Houstonian, born and raised, Heather loves this city. Heather has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. She has worked in healthcare and has run a successful pet services company. Heather currently manages an Estate and assists Tanesha McKinley, Broker of Premier Properties and clients as a dedicated Transaction Coordinator.

In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her two dogs, indulging in the food and wine culture of Houston, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Kaylyn brings creativity, heart, and a modern marketing touch to Premier Properties. A Texas Tech University graduate with a degree in Business Administration in Marketing, she loves crafting meaningful content that highlights both our listings and our clients’ stories. As the daughter of our broker and founder, Tanesha McKinley, Kaylyn is proud to continue the family’s tradition of authenticity and care.

Outside of work, Kaylyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her fiance and their two cats, Millie and Tommy Pickles.
